A key focus for the team currently is to embrace and use the latest digital technologies to enhance our service delivery and successful candidates will be provided with focused training to support the adoption of these technologies. Based on our success in the marketplace, we are looking to expand our team's footprint and support current programs of work.Meaningful work you’ll be part ofAs a Transformation Risk and Advisory, Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting in assessing large, complex digital transformation programs/projects based on prior experience and knowledge of leading practices for successfully delivering transformation programsIdentifying key transformation program delivery risks and providing advice and recommendations for effective mitigationAnalyzing program information/data to identify key insights on program performance and develop recommendations for improvementAssisting in developing and executing program and project assurance strategies and plansManaging all phases of client engagements, including supervising PwC teams, ensuring quality of deliverables and managing engagement economicsAssisting in delivering compelling presentations and driving impactful conversations with senior client leadersEngaging in business development activities,



including developing responses to requests for proposalsManaging a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all partiesPursuing opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zoneCoaching others and encouraging them to take ownership of their developmentHelping build the practice and deliver on our people value propositionUpholding the firm's code of ethics and business conductExperiences And Skills You’ll Use To SolveExtensive experience in delivering and/or assessing large, digital transformation programs that includes:Leading project/program performance assessments, program gateway reviews, risk-based reviewsDesigning the program management and/or program assurance strategiesStrong understanding of the digital transformation project/program implementation lifecycle and associated risksStrong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively negotiate, problem solve, and influence through verbal and written communicationsBachelor or Masters Degree in Business or related fieldCertified Project Manager (PMI PMBOK, APM BOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization) desirableProficiency in use of Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, JiraAs a requirement, a Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who’ll be engaged on these assignments.
