Work Term Winter 2027 (8 Months: Jan. 2027 ‑ Aug. 2027)

Work Location Service Solution Centre at 2909 Plymouth Dr, Oakville, ON L6H 6G7

Compensation At S&C;, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The hourly pay range for this position is $22.70 – $36.40. Individual pay within this range is determined by several compensable factors, including the year of study, type of academic program, and the number of prior co‑op work terms completed.

Join Our Team as a Project Management Assistant (Co‑op) The PSS Project Management Assistant (Co‑op) is responsible for working closely with other team members in providing support for documentation and reporting on project information and key progress indicators. Additionally, they will help to assist with short‑term projects and participate in improvement initiatives with project reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop tools in Excel that will assist in measuring and reporting on project performance

Support Project Management Team projects: exposure to scheduling, budgets, project management techniques and processes

Report on project developments and metrics

Provide necessary support to project managers

Manage short‑duration projects from initial concept to implementation





Assist in the identification and development of processes to improve project reporting practices

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Business or Engineering student with the desire to learn from an experienced team

Enrolled and eligible for an 8‑month Co‑op starting in Winter 2027.

Excellent verbal communication skills

A team player who is also able to work independently under the supervision of a senior team member

Structured problem‑solving experience

Quick learner

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel

Experience with working in a technical environment is an asset

Physical Effort Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the day‑to‑day activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20lbs.

Work Workplace Acceptable working environment with minor or almost no disagreeable or challenging working conditions as part of everyday expected levels (all jobs will occasionally experience undesirable or disagreeable events).
