Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a skilled Mechanical Lead to join their dynamic team in Helsinki, Finland. The Work

As a Mechanical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating a team of Mechanical Engineers in the delivery of essential data centre construction projects. Based in Helsinki, Finland, you will: Lead and manage your team to ensure successful delivery of mechanical systems. Collaborate with the Contracts Manager, site engineers, and other leads to provide accurate technical information. Review drawings and specifications, addressing design errors promptly. Monitor construction progress, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.



Identify opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and project delivery. The Person

The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing. Strong leadership skills in managing MEP teams. Experience in delivering Data Center MEP projects. The Benefits
