Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee individual care for assigned clients • Assist in case management and clinical coordination • Conduct regular reviews of support plans and goals • Direct customer service inquiries appropriately • Compile monthly clinical data and reports

Requirements: • BCBA, RPN, or allied health skilled degree in progress • Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR Level C • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search • Valid unrestricted Driver's License • At least 1 year experience supporting adults with complex needs
