including development programs for the employees; - Manage all the hiring process (from identifying the need to integration of the new employee); - Develop recruitement strategy in order to attract people to apply for positions; - Favors fidelity of theemployees by creating recognition events; - Manage preventing health & safety and H&S claims, including the management of the H&S committee.- Advise management team on the best business practices on people’s management; - Lead the labour relationship management, with the managers; - Lead salary equity andmake internal pay audits; - Ensure the legality ofthe processess and policies of the company; - Participate in continuous improvement projects.Skills and experience required :- Have a diploma in HR or experience in the HR field; - Have 5 years of experience as a HR generalist, asset if it is in the manufacturing industry; - Be bilingual (french /english); - Have great autonomy; - Ability to positively influence people you are working with; - Be creative in the strategies implementation; - Be a teamworker,work with humility and have a mixed interests between operational and strategic tasks are the 3 key personality traits we are looking for.
