This role as a full-time HVAC Journeyman allows you to perform inspections, repairs, and diagnostics on commercial HVAC equipment. You will also mentor less experienced technicians and participate in both on-the-job and online training programs to strengthen your HVAC skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Inspect HVAC systems for optimal performance • Repair and maintain rooftop units and chillers • Mentor apprentices through hands-on support • Download programs and analyze chiller trend data • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements: • 5+ years HVAC experience or equivalent • Valid driver’s license with a good record • Associate’s Degree or HVAC certification preferred • Inclusion in the union as Journeyman • Preferred: current first aid/CPR card
