Vistra in Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager, Fund Services (NOC 11100) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of Private Equity, Private Debt, and closed-end funds, reporting to the Executive Director Private Assets. You will coordinate workloads, ensure deadlines, oversee financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS, and support client onboarding and audits, while mentoring junior team members.
