Utility Equipment Operators - CNRL Horizon - 7/7 - Accommodations Provided + Paid Flights - Fort McMurray, AB

Bouchier is seeking Utility Equipment Operators to join their team at the CNRL Horizon site in Fort McMurray, Alberta. These operators will work a 7/7 rotation, handling a variety of heavy equipment to support roads and grounds operations. The ideal candidates are experienced, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a leading Indigenous-owned company serving the Athabasca Oil Sands region.

What You’ll Need

- 2-5 years heavy equipment experience
- Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License
- Clean 5-year Driver Commercial Abstract (within 30 days of starting)
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
- WHMIS 2015
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Safety conscious attitude
- Willingness to work in fluctuating climates and environmental conditions
- Comfort working near water
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Fit for Duty tests
- Fluency in English (speak, read, write)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
