The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing quality nursing care in the OR, Endoscopy Suite, Day Surgery, and Recovery Room. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide full nursing support during surgeries and post-operative care • Implement evidence-based practices in all aspects of care • Maintain robust communication with surgical teams and patients • Participate in ongoing educational opportunities within the department • Work rotating shifts across all surgical units including on-call duties

Requirements: • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • 1-3 years of Operating Room experience • Certification in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS, or willing to obtain • Post Graduate Course in Perioperative Nursing • Strong commitment to education and interdisciplinary teamwork
