In this permanent, full-time role under the guidance of the Branch Manager, you will operate loaders to manage vehicle loads and optimize yard accessibility. Your work will involve crushing vehicles for recycling and preparing them for transport, ensuring the yard is organized and customer-friendly. Additionally, you will perform inspections and maintenance on all equipment to uphold operational safety.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive loaders to move and load vehicles in the yard • Ensure easy access by removing rows of vehicles • Prepare vehicles for transport after crushing • Complete forklift task when needed • Perform yard cleanup and depollution tasks

Requirements: • At least 1 year of relevant experience • Loader operator training is an asset • Skilled in driving heavy machinery • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Adaptability to different weather conditions
