MissionWithin manufacturing operations, the Director of Operations - Thermoforming serves as the strategic and operational leader of the division. He or she is responsible for the overall performance of operations, process optimization, and the coordination of key functions that support production.The position encompasses all activities related to production, industrial engineering, planning, the supply chain, quality, and health and safety within a demanding manufacturing environment.MISSIONEnsure the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of thermoforming operations by optimizing processes, engaging teams, and ensuring alignment between production, quality, costs, lead times, and safety.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Provide overall leadership for thermoforming operationsDrive operational performance (productivity, costs, quality, lead times, safety)Lead and motivate the teams under your responsibility (production, industrial engineering, logistics, planning, quality, OHS)Oversee production activities through supervisors and ensure the smooth flow of operationsOptimize manufacturing processes (Lean, continuous improvement, automation)Ensure alignment between planning, procurement, and productionCollaborate with technical and product development teams on industrializationEnsure operational compliance with quality, health, safety, and applicable standardsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to managementIdentify and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and cost optimizationDo your attention to detail,
