We need a skilled Handyman to support our physiotherapy clinic in Cobble Hill and Duncan, BC. This role involves ongoing maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe environment for all.
Our small, local clinic values cleanliness and safety for our clients and staff. You will be responsible for maintaining both clinic locations and providing repairs as needed. Compensation includes a monthly retainer of $280 for up to 8 hours of work, with additional tasks billed at $35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out essential maintenance tasks at both locations
• Maintain a protected and clean environment for clients
• Respond to urgent repairs and maintenance requests
• Document completed repairs and maintenance work
• Work closely with clinic staff to address needs
Requirements:
• Relevant handyman experience preferred
• Reliability and strong problem-solving skills
• Availability for urgent maintenance requests
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and safety practices
• Six-month contract with potential for extension
