As a Consultant in Strategic Workforce Planning, you'll report to the AVP of Workforce Strategy & Transformation. Key Responsibilities:



• Manage and validate workforce data from Workday and other sources • Develop insights through dashboards for executive reporting • Improve data collection methods and automate reporting processes • Support project timelines and identify risks • Research market trends to advise on workforce strategies

Requirements: • Proven experience in data management and analytics • Proficient in Microsoft Access and Power BI • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or similar analytics tools • Ability to thrive in a collaborative setting
