At CSN Collision, the Training Development Specialist collaborates with departmental leaders to assess training needs and develop effective learning resources. You will play a pivotal role in designing eLearning modules using Articulate Rise, administering the LMS, and ensuring training effectiveness to support both corporate staff and CSN Licensees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop eLearning modules end-to-end in Articulate Rise
• Collaborate with leaders to assess training needs
• Administer and configure LMS for effective course delivery




• Monitor and enhance the quality of training experiences
• Identify challenges and strategize solutions for learners
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of instructional design experience
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous and eLearning design
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
