MindFluent seeks a highly qualified Associate with a Master's degree and RCC/CCC designation to focus on trauma-informed care in men’s mental health. This role emphasizes robust relational skills and is designed for clinicians who thrive in a supportive team setting. Candidates must be available for weekend shifts as we address the increasing demand for trauma services among men.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide specialized trauma therapy using EMDR techniques • Collaborate with team members for case consultation • Engage in community-focused mental health initiatives • Manage a sustainable caseload prioritizing clinician longevity • Build rapport with male clients through empathetic communication

Requirements: • Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work • RCC or CCC designation in good standing • Completed EMDR Basic Training or certification • Availability across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays • Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Open Work Permit
