In this role, you’ll implement the Walmart Canada H&S; Management System—W CARE Program—across three sites, supporting a workforce of over 2000 associates. Lead a team of H&S; professionals to develop strategies that drive down workplace incidents through effective communication and training initiatives. Monitor critical safety KPIs and support leadership in corrective actions.
