This role works closely with the General Manager, Technical Team Leads, field staff, and clients.What You'll DoDevelop project scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules in collaboration with the General ManagerCommunicate and manage approved scope changes with clientsTrack budgets, forecasts, and project performance; provide regular updatesto clients and leadershipAssign and oversee field work, including safety, logistics, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and technical executionMentor, supervise, and develop field staff to ensure project objectives are metEnsure completion and submission of all required field documentation and safety recordsProvide site supervision and direction to contractors as requiredMaintain portfolio tracking, project status reports,



and internal reporting toolsEnsure compliance with internal SOPs and identify opportunities for operational improvementRemain current with environmental legislation and regulatory updatesReview technical deliverables and ensure quality of all service outputsManage invoicing, project coding, and financial projections to meet billing targetsCreate projects within accounting and internal systems as requiredSubmit weekly resource and scheduling requestsSupport proposal development, technical submissions, and client engagement activitiesParticipate in performance management, training, and quality review programsComplete additional duties as assignedWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Land Reclamation, Agrology, Biology, or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in environmental site assessments, contaminated site remediation, and/or reclamationAt least 5 years of experience in a project management or leadership roleStrong technical knowledge and understanding of industry best practicesProfessional designation with a recognized industry associationProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordDoes this sound like you?
