Key Responsibilities: • Prepare budgets and detailed final estimates • Ensure completeness of drawings and risk scope • Solicit and analyze subcontractor quotes • Manage timely pricing of change orders • Maintain databases for pricing and estimating templates

Requirements: • 3–5 years residential construction estimating experience • Post-secondary diploma from SAIT/NAIT in a related field • Robust understanding of residential materials and assemblies • Proven proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office • Insight into Calgary's construction market is a plus
