As Business Advisory Services Representative you’ll build a trust-based relationship with our business clients. You’ll have a positive impact on clients with your ability to identify business opportunities and your customer service experience. Support our business clients with their banking transactions and credit/banking needs and help them use our digital solutions Analyze and understand business client needs in order to provide advice on the best solution and/or digital products Follow compliance and fraud prevention rules in effect. Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.M. Whether through our surveys or programs, regular feedback and ongoing communication is encouraged. Your onboarding begins with an 8- to 10-week on-site training program. During this period, your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.M. This allows you to experience the call centre workplace firsthand and get to know your colleagues. The training program is based on hands-on learning through live customer calls, supported by a remote trainer who will help you become familiar with your role, our products, and our technologies.
