- Serve as the first point of contact for clients calling with banking questions or requests
- Manage client accounts and products and provide trusted advice
- Resolve client issues and requests efficiently
- Identify opportunities and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions
- Connect and refer clients to appropriate CIBC contacts and internal departments
- Develop strong knowledge of CIBC systems, products, and services
- Work remotely with occasional in office attendance at the Regina contact centre
Requirements
- Ability to work independently from home with a secure workspace in a room or office with a closable door
- Wired internet connection with minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Satellite internet providers cannot be used
- Availability and flexibility to work Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM
- Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, possess a valid work or study permit
- May be required to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests
- Client service and communication skills
- Knowledge of banking and financial products
- Ability to handle inbound calls
- Ability to work collaboratively
