The Hotchkiss Brain Institute is seeking a Program Lead for its Brain Economy Initiative. This is a full time, fixed-term position expected to last approximately 12 months. The successful candidate will manage various initiatives that advance brain health, data utilization, and human performance, applying specialized knowledge to influence program design and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of Brain Economy initiatives
• Evaluate and track progress against program milestones
• Develop program materials and documentation




• Facilitate stakeholder engagements and collaborations
• Organize workshops and events related to brain health
Requirements:
• Master's degree in neuroscience, psychology, or related field
• 3-5 years of program and project management experience
• Experience in interdisciplinary initiatives and collaboration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with project coordination tools
