Become an integral part of PPI as a Life Insurance Application Administrator, overseeing the processing of new business applications in a hybrid work setting.
As part of iA Financial, the Life Insurance Application Administrator role involves ensuring excellent service levels for our advisors. You will manage applications from submission to settlement, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Applicants should have 2-5 years of administrative experience, particularly in insurance, along with a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and manage current business applications
• Communicate application status and requirements to advisors
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and signatures




• Oversee data entry and accuracy in WealthServ
• Apply ESG principles in daily operations
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant administrative experience
• High attention to detail with organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WealthServ
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
