Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will utilize your nursing skills to meet infants' physical and emotional needs, adhering to BCCNM standards and our mission of compassionate care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patient/resident status and care needs
• Develop and evaluate individualized nursing care plans




• Provide education and teaching to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care
• Lead patient/family group sessions for health promotion
Requirements:
• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1-2 years medical/surgical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply clinical judgment in care planning
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
