Join our team as a Baker Mixer in a dynamic and automated environment focused on producing quality baked goods. Collaborate with your colleagues from 3 PM to 11 PM for optimal product output.
In this role, you will report to the Line Leader or Production Supervisor and be responsible for mixing raw materials according to defined batch recipes. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, operating equipment, and upholding Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. A background in food manufacturing will be advantageous for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and verify all mixing documentation
• Prepare ingredient blends for production batches
• Ensure safe equipment operation and cleanliness




• Monitor adherence to quality and safety specifications
• Maintain accurate records of mixing processes
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing is an asset
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Robust understanding of safety practices
