Join Agnico Eagle as a temporary Exploration Geologist GIT in Dobie, Ontario. Leverage your geological expertise in field mapping and core logging to support vital exploration work.

In this role, you will report directly to the Exploration Supervisor and be integral to the exploration team. You will contribute to core logging, data interpretation, and ensure adherence to health and environmental standards. Your analytical skills will aid in producing geological models and facilitating project evaluations, enhancing exploration success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support field programs and technical exploration projects • Conduct core logging and sampling consistent with protocols • Interpret geological data to assist in targeting decisions • Ensure integrity of geological databases and reports • Lead preparation of maps and presentations

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering • Registration or path to P.Geo. or GIT • Experience in multiple exploration stages • Proficiency in geological software and GIS tools • Valid Driver’s License
