POSITION DESCRIPTIONFOP CONSULTANTS is looking for an RTE (Release Train Engineer) motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to coordinate the Agile release train teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies, track progress and dependencies, remove impediments, communicate with stakeholders, support continuous improvement and guide the adoption of Agile at scale.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate coordination among the Agile release train teams.Prepare and facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning and the Scrum of Scrums.Track work progress and dependencies between teams.Identify, escalate and help remove impediments.Communicate with stakeholders and provide visibility on progress.Support continuous improvement and Lean-Agile best practices.Guide teams and management in adopting Agile at scale.CANDIDATE PROFILEUniversity degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.Five (05) to ten (10) years of experience in information technologyThree (03) to seven (07) years of experience as an RTE.Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe,
