Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case planning and programming for clients
• Assist with emotional and physical support services




• Respond to overdose situations with Naloxone and first aid
• Accept referrals and advocate for client needs
• Connect clients to external community resources
Requirements:
• Diploma in Social or Human Services field
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Emergency First Aid with CPR Level C certification
• Clearance from Criminal Record Check
• Knowledge of community support services
