Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct standard IT engineering activities under guidance
• Manage and resolve tier 2 and tier 3 tech support issues

• Track support requests through the corporate ticketing system effectively
Requirements:
• 6+ years of relevant experience with High School Diploma
• Solid background in customer or technical support
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac OS
