You will work closely with a dedicated team, under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, to deliver high-quality care services tailored to individual resident needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal support, making a significant impact on residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide bathing and grooming assistance to residents • Facilitate safe transfers using proper equipment • Support residents during meals and snacks • Administer basic treatments as instructed • Attend and accompany residents to social and recreational activities
Requirements: • Minimum one year of experience in continuing care • Certification as a Personal Care Aide or equivalent • Proficiency in English communication • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses • Preferred post-secondary educational background
