Job DescriptionLocation: 100 Newman St, Ingersoll, ON N5C 3J8, CanadaPay: CAD$19-20 per hour. Pay is weekly every Friday.Shift Hours1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 amResponsibilitiesOperate rivet machines, packaging equipment, deliner machines, and other positions within the facility.Operate equipment in the most productive manner, constantly finding improvements to increase production and quality levels.Troubleshoot equipment when errors occur to find the cause and seek ways to prevent recurrence.Proactively monitor production to ensure quality levels remain at the highest possible levels.Perform all setup and changeover processes in the most efficient manner possible.Continuously seek recent methods of production to increase efficiency, safety,



and quality while reducing costs.Maintain operations that guarantee safety is always preserved.Actively pursue opportunities to develop new skills and increase personal development for highest performance.Perform all quality inspections of parts during production and immediately correct any issues found.Perform routine daily maintenance activities on equipment.Keep the equipment and work area orderly and clean to aid future production.Ensure the work area is spotless and ready for the next operator at the end of the shift.Perform additional duties assigned by the Supervisor and/or the Team Lead.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent degree.1 year of prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Minimum of two years of mechanical press, robot welder, drum welder, rivet machine, and/or transit equipment operator experience preferred.BenefitsRRSPMedical, Dental & VisionTuition Reimbursement for PT & FT employeesCareer Development based on the Skills MatrixContactFor questions, please contact Josephine Ferguson at (678) 214-7724.#J-18808-Ljbffr
