Key Responsibilities: • Offer remote and on-site support for users via various communication methods • Conduct Active Directory management tasks • Imager and provision workstations for new team members • Resolve hardware malfunctions for printers and gaming consoles • Assist in software installations and manage arising challenges
Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support • Familiarity with hardware used in gaming studios • Understanding of Windows environments and PC configurations • Proficiency in troubleshooting Office 365 applications • Networking knowledge is a plus
