In this Host position at Fit4Less, you'll be responsible for upholding cleanliness standards and actively engaging with members. You will assist members with their inquiries and educate them on membership options and club amenities. Your positive interactions will contribute to an atmosphere that reflects Fit4Less’ commitment to service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization in the club
• Welcome members and guests warmly during visits
• Help educate members on automation and membership services
• Promote the advantages of black card amenities
• Communicate cleanliness issues and escalate where necessary
Requirements:
• High school diploma or actively pursuing it
• Teamwork or volunteer experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS training required
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification required
