This existing role within the Legal Services Division seeks a dynamic Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of experience in real estate and municipal law. You will collaborate with senior council and staff on diverse legal issues, ensuring alignment with TCHC's tenant-focused culture and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:



• Advise on residential and commercial real estate matters • Draft and review contracts and legal documents • Provide legal opinions and research on relevant issues • Mentor staff and provide training on real estate compliance • Manage heavy file loads and external legal counsel
