We're looking for a talented Surface Land Administrator to join us in our Edmonton office. About the role

You’ll be the connector between landowners, government agencies, and client project teams - supporting land acquisitions, negotiations, and administration across a wide range of projects: pipelines, drilling, well site rights-of-way, powerlines, road easements, and facility developments. What you’ll be doing





Drafting and processing Surface Leases and Right-of-Way Agreements Managing Public Land applications and Directive 56 notifications Reviewing and managing third-party agreements Auditing packages and tracking stakeholder consultations Working across SPIN, EDS, ISC, and ILRS systems Keeping our land files and database accurate and up to date What you bring

3-5 years of recent, hands‑on Surface Land Administration experience in Alberta and Saskatchewan A Land Administration Certificate (preferred) or equivalent working knowledge Strong MS Office skills and the ability to adapt to land management systems What we offer
