Key Responsibilities: • Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently • Schedule appointments and maintain client records • Assist with patient handling and monitoring • Prepare exam rooms and assist with diagnostics

Requirements: • Previous experience in veterinary, medical, or customer service • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment • Compassionate attitude toward animals and clients • Ability to work independently and within a team • Experience with Avimark is a plus
