We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to play a pivotal role in orchestrating programs within the Transformation Management Office. The ideal candidate will effectively manage resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships while driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership across Enterprise Transformation initiatives
• Guide execution of programs from planning to delivery




• Engage with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships
• Develop transformation roadmaps that align with strategic goals
• Report risks and project KPIs to senior leadership
Requirements:
• 8+ years in complex program management roles
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in transformation projects
• Required PgM, PMP, or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Experience overseeing large-scale budgets over $10M
