Key Responsibilities:
• Operate plasma etch tools like RIE and ICP-RIE

• Conduct inspections to minimize operational downtime
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in technical or engineering field
• 2-5 years of semiconductor fabrication experience
• Experience with RIE and ICP-RIE processes
• Familiarity with Oxford plasma etch systems an asset
• Knowledge of safe practices in fabrication environments
