As a Facilities Operator I, you will be responsible for the upkeep of indoor arenas and pools, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards. Your role will include hands-on maintenance tasks and client interactions, emphasizing quality service. This position is suited for individuals who can work independently and demonstrate solid judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service HVAC and mechanical systems across facilities
• Monitor and chemically treat pool water as needed
• Ensure routine maintenance and cleaning protocols are followed




• Operate various facility equipment securely
• Maintain security and safety procedures in facilities
Requirements:
• Missouri Refrigeration Plant Operators Certification
• Experience in facility management (1-2 years)
• First Aid, WHIMIS, Fireman’s certifications needed
• Secure handling knowledge of chemicals
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting
