Drive safety and reliability for CN’s rail infrastructure as the Manager for Bridges and Structures in British Columbia. Your experience will be key to our maintenance programs.

As the Manager overseeing Bridges and Structures, you are the linchpin for ensuring secure rail operations. With a minimum of five years' hands-on experience in the field, this role demands strong leadership and collaboration skills. You will work with various teams, auditing inspections, and maintaining structural integrity across the network.

Key Responsibilities:



• Create and manage a 5-year maintenance program for bridges • Assess and approve bridge inspection reports and audits • Lead the development of maintenance drawings • Conduct inspections for operational and capital planning • Provide engineering direction to external consultants

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in bridge management and inspection • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • P.Eng Certification is essential • Certification in Fall Protection is preferred • Proven project management and leadership skills
