Fine Choice Foods is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support a high-performing workforce and exceptional employee experiences. This integral role focuses on providing HR guidance, assisting with employee relations, and fostering a robust organizational culture. You will work closely with leadership to innovate initiatives that enhance employee well-being and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR guidance and interpret company policies
• Consult managers on performance and conflict resolution




• Recruit and onboard new employees effectively
• Act as an employee advocate for needs and concerns
• Lead initiatives for employee engagement and wellness
Requirements:
• 3+ years of HR generalist experience in Food & Beverage
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Cooperative approach with interpersonal skills
• Valid BCDL and daily access to a vehicle
