As a valued member of MLSE's Groundskeeping team, you will contribute significantly to the upkeep of athletic fields at BMO Field and the BMO Training Ground. You’ll work alongside facility staff to create safe conditions for athletes and fans while gaining real-world experience. Initiative and teamwork are vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare qualified fields for soccer and football events
• Operate and maintain field equipment like tractors and mowers
• Paint and line athletic fields to meet standards




• Maintain high-quality landscaping around facilities
• Ensure grounds are safe for athletes and fans
Requirements:
• Available for extended hours, including weekends
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Full G driver’s license in good standing preferred
