Become a vital part of Braya Renewable Fuels as a Purchasing Supervisor in Come By Chance, Newfoundland. This full time role involves supervising contract administration and ensuring effective procurement practices.
Reporting to key department leaders, your main task is to oversee and administer contracts for various goods and services crucial to refinery operations. Collaborate with Procurement and contractors to facilitate compliance with all contractual terms and enhance operational efficiency at our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise contract administration and procurement processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective contract execution
• Monitor and track contract commitments and expenditures




• Maintain contract documentation and reporting accuracy
• Ensure compliance with contract terms in contractor invoices
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Procurement or a similar field
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement and contract roles
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
