The candidate will engage with clients and work collaboratively with senior counsel, focusing on long-term client strategies and excellent service. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital in delivering effective legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients and analyze legal needs
• Conduct thorough legal research for case preparation
• Review case files to identify critical issues




• Draft clear and compliant court documents
• Assist senior counsel during court and negotiations
Requirements:
• Must hold a Law Degree (LLB/JD) and be admitted to BC Bar
• Experience in family or estate law is beneficial
• Robust research and project management skills
• Ability to work in a supportive team and independently
• Eagerness to learn mediation and negotiation skills
