Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding tasks
• Develop and follow individual Nursing Care Plans
• Participate in resident care conferences with healthcare teams
• Support residents during mobility and transportation
Requirements:
• Registered Care Aide in British Columbia required
• 5+ years’ experience in a care setting
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Experience with Dementia care is a plus
• Ability to safely lift and transfer residents
