Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Plumbing and Fire Fighting Design Briefs • Conduct plumbing and fire fighting calculations • Define drainage systems and pipe sizes • Coordinate connections to civil storm networks • Review plans and specifications from Mechanical Modellers
Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Over 10 years of experience in relevant design • P.Eng. licensure or eligibility in Ontario • Familiarity with OBC and NFPA requirements • Proven skills in drainage and infrastructure integration
