Become a key member of our hearing clinic team as a Full-Time Receptionist. This role combines administrative tasks with patient support and provides training on hearing aid maintenance.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can assist seniors with their hearing needs. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining confidential patient files. You will also assist in monitoring hearing aids and performing routine maintenance tasks post-training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional and friendly service to all patients • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently • Maintain confidentiality in patient records management • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate receipts • Assist in basic troubleshooting of hearing aids
Requirements: • Warm and patient demeanor, especially with seniors • Dependable, punctual, and organized in daily tasks • Attention to detail when managing small hearing aid parts • Robust interpersonal communication skills • Open to learning and adapting to new software tools
