As a leader in the Field, you will report to the Manager Process Engineering – First & Last Mile and drive key performance programs. Your focus will be on evaluating systems and developing procedures that guarantee adherence to safety and quality. Work closely with operations managers to assess needs and implement effective process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the evaluation of operational processes and technologies • Develop quality assurance routines and best practices • Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines • Facilitate lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement • Communicate project statuses to stakeholders regularly
Requirements: • 4+ years in high-availability logistics operations • Experience with transportation processes and SOPs • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven leadership and project management abilities • Familiarity with UAT and JIRA is a plus
