Metro Inc. in Ottawa is seeking an Advisor, HR & LR to partner with store operations and lead union negotiations in the Ottawa region. You will develop the negotiation mandate for single-store collective agreements and Ottawa Distribution Centres, obtain internal approvals, and negotiate a recent collective agreement with the Unions. The Manager will also lead the Ottawa HR team, delivering leadership and guidance across the function.
