In this role, you'll be part of the GTM Analytics team, providing high-level analytics that drive performance across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Working closely with stakeholders, you will not only deliver reports but guide them towards actionable decisions. You'll also contribute to building and refining our innovative BI-as-code platform, Lighthouse, ensuring robust data practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct in-depth analysis of Sales and Marketing performance • Guide stakeholders through data-driven decision-making • Uphold data quality and documentation standards • Contribute to the implementation of BI-as-code practices • Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics workflows

Requirements: • Over 5 years of analytics/BI experience • Mastery of SQL and dbt for GTM data modeling • Understanding of Salesforce CRM data • Knowledge of cloud data tools like Snowflake • Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly
