As the Trade Spend Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of AR & Trade Spend. Your responsibilities will include validating rebate claims against sales data and ensuring proper setup in the ERP system. You will also manage general ledger accounts while preparing necessary documentation for customer payments and deductions.
Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with Sales on rebate plan setups • Assess and ensure payment accuracy for customers • Resolve customer issues regarding deduction errors • Monitor and reconcile General Ledger account liabilities • Create internal reports focused on rebate activities
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience • University degree in accounting or finance required • Robust organization and time management skills • Experienced in Microsoft Excel and accounting entries • Capable of handling confidential information responsibly
